Andy Fancher has nearly 15 years of progressive and diverse experience in the insurance industry. His specialty is building and maintaining relationships with clients and the broker community, putting clients’ needs first, and exceeding their expectations.
Prior to joining Colonial, Andy ran a successful life and health brokerage agency selling to both individuals and businesses. He joined the Colonial Life team in 2009 as an agency development manager. In 2011, he assumed the role of district manager. In this leadership role he is responsible for recruiting, training, and motivating a sales team of direct and broker agents.
During his career at Colonial Life, Andy has consistently exceeded annual sales goals. In 2010, his work earned the national honor of being named Small Office of the Year. In 2018 his district grew nearly 70 percent in new business sales. Additionally, he is a four-time winner of Colonial Life’s Top Dawg Award, given to those who excel in agent development. He has been named a Leader’s Conference Qualifier four times, as well as a three time Million Dollar Award Winner.
Andy uses a consultative approach with all his clients and treats them with the same level of commitment. He works directly with business owners and also brings a wealth of knowledge to the brokerage world helping them to grow their book of business. His vast knowledge of the industry gives him the ability to engage the smaller business owner up to million dollar organizations. Some of Andy’s notable clients include Habitat for Humanity Dallas, USMD Hospital and Health Systems, and The Chickasaw Nation, among others.
Andy graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing. He lives in Irving, Texas, with his wife Lauren and three sons. An active member of his church, Andy serves in both community outreach efforts and on the praise and worship team.
