Formed in 2009, The Fancher Agency and Colonial Life have had one mission: to help America's workers preserve and protect the vitally important things they work so hard to build. We are three companies in one:

Benefit Communication & Education:
The Fancher Agency helps protect a business owner's investment in their workforce.  Every employee needs to understand their current benefit package, how it works, and where to fill in the gaps of coverage. An educated consumer saves a company time and money off the rising cost of healthcare. We are an extension of an Employer's HR/Benefits department at NO COST to the company. 

Enrollment Services:
You want your employees to make good choices, and feel good about the choices they make. We’re here to make sure that happens. Benefits can be complicated, but your enrollment shouldn't be. All of our enrollment solutions are at NO COST to the company.

The Fancher agency provides all of these enrolment options electronically.  No more chasing employee wet signatures and keeping up with unnecessary paperwork. We deliver the employee elections back to you in a nice neat package with multiple options to integrate into your payroll system. We keep your employee and election data secure with the proper safeguards.

Voluntary (Worksite) Benefits:
Our voluntary benefits can help your employees during challenging times. Sometimes called “supplemental insurance,” voluntary benefits are policies that add to the health and life insurance your company may already provide. These benefits can help employees pay for things other insurance won’t, such as lost wages, out-of-pocket expenses and household bills. Our Products are employee-paid with a payroll deduction, so there’s no direct cost to you. Package them with your benefit offerings to:
